Setting up office projects

MYSS is happy to take on the project management for you. To this end, we have experienced project managers in house and we collaborate with reputable project managers. Setting up a so-called “project office” starts with a session in which we outline, in consultation with you, which strategic spearheads in the organisation will influence the schedule of requirements. Consider ambitions such as Employer of Choice, the financial role that real estate has in your company or, for example, sustainability ambitions that can be achieved through accommodation and locations. We can also take care of setting up the project organisation. That way, we are able to define the participants, their roles and tasks and the consultation structure.

Management of your building projects

We then take care of the Schedule of Requirements concerning construction, demolition or remediation project(s). We structure the procurement process by assigning various consignments and work, drawing up guidelines and making framework agreements with our partners. Then we get started. We will be your only point of contact in this process and as such, we coordinate everything with the parties involved. We can appoint a programme manager for more complex projects where there is a lot of interdependency between the projects. This enables more efficiency and consistency in the work methods and amongst the various separate projects.
