Our own team consists of a group of enthusiastic and driven colleagues who collectively have many years of experience in accommodation consultancy, contract management, real estate, project management and facility management. Eelco
Eelco likes to start discussions when he thinks that something can be done better. He loves to challenge others to look at matters from a different perspective. Over the past twenty years, Eelco has worked within various real estate and facility management organisations with a real focus on optimising properties for the end users. Since the end of 2018, he has been responsible for the development of MYSS as a general manager and co-owner. Eelco is enthusiastic about solving issues around real estate, whereby his knowledge and experience, and that of his colleagues, are tested and challenged. Whenever a solution is found, he really enjoys it most when that success can be shared together.

Daan
Daan has gained a lot of experience in facilities management during his career. Having worked for various employers in a wide range of industries, there is not much that he does not know about the facilities sector. By expanding this knowledge with the property expertise present within MYSS, he is even better equipped to optimally support and advise the diverse group of clients. And, being a real team player, enjoys working in our close-knit team of professionals who also appreciate having fun at work! Outside of work, he is focused on his family and loves exploring the outdoors. A good long walk with the dog or a run, that’s what makes him happy.

Roos is a facilities project manager in heart and soul. She knows something about everything and is always there for everyone. Her many years of experience in coordinating facility management projects make her a great sparring partner.

Roxanne
During her HBO (higher professional education) studies in Facility Management, Roxanne already knew that the housing sector interested her. After the minor in Real Estate Management, she knew for sure that she wanted to continue growing in this field. The best things about working in this sector is the contact you have with different clients and suppliers, and the relationships you build with them. Moreover, she feels at home in a dynamic environment where any new developments are anticipated and addressed.
Working for MYSS motivates her because it involves working on matters that she finds interesting. What’s more, she has the opportunity to gain plenty of experience due to the variety of projects and clients, she enjoys a great deal of freedom and recognition, and she has the chance to expand her network.
Her goal is to ensure that everything is not only organised and arranged properly, but that it also leaves a lasting impression. It also gives her a lot of satisfaction to support her colleagues and help where she can.
