Have you decided to carry out one or more integrated optimisations on the basis of our advice? If so, we are happy to help you with that.

 

Management

We can take on the responsibility for your property and facility services. We could do this by providing you with a property and/or facility manager on site. Or we can manage a facilities service from our own office.

Total Cost of Occupancy method

We can optimise your real estate and facility management according to the Total Cost of Occupancy (TCO) method, in which we coordinate operational costs (OPEX) with investments (CAPEX). This means that investments that have not yet been budgeted for are included in the cost figures in advance, so that you are not faced with any unwelcome financial surprises once choices have been made and processes can no longer be suspended.
