After we map out your property needs and the current facility services with our MYSS contract scan, we will provide you with advice on how to optimise your property and facility services. Rather than a report as thick as your wrist, you can expect custom advice with an eye for your concerns and short- and medium-term optimisations.
Implementation
Have you decided to carry out a few or more integrated optimisations following our advice? If so, we will gladly help you in implementing them. When we do this, we look at both the contractual and the operational consequences of the proposed modifications.
Management
We can take on the responsibility for your property and facility services. We could do this by providing you with a property and/or facility manager on site. Or we can manage a facilities service from our own office. In both cases, we can be the central point of contact for all your suppliers and in-house staff.
